Purebread has been acquired by Coho Collective Kitchens

Relay Transition Partners is pleased to announce that Purebread. Bakery Inc. (“Purebread” or the “Company”) has been acquired by Coho Collective Kitchens Inc. (“Coho”).

Purebread is one of Canada’s most respected independent bakery and cafe businesses. Going forward, Purebread will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Coho, with its own operational and management team. Coho plans to leverage its growing shared kitchen footprint to help scale Purebread into new markets.

Relay Transition Partners acted as financial advisor to Purebread. 

  • Purebread was founded in 2008 in Whistler, BC and has since grown to seven retail locations throughout Vancouver and the Sea-to-Sky corridor. All products are baked fresh daily in the Company’s centralized production kitchen and delivered each morning to each of its stores. The Company has over 150 unique rotating recipes and routinely introduces new products into its line-up of customer favourites.
